I called Morningside Park and asked if they offer paragliding tandem rides. They don't because conditions are to iffy to make a business out of it. He suggested there is a guy at Burke Mountain Resort in Vermont who does it. I asked about Cape Cod and he said there's no paragliding during the summer because of nesting birds. I then Googled New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI + paragliding. It doesn't look encouraging. I may have to settle to parasailing.
